Back to Work

7:45 protein shake, 1/2 cup blueberries

4:00 pm - handfull lettuce, 1 can tuna

5:oo Crossfit - 198 lbs (post cruise fat)-today is turn around day
workout kicked my ass today... not pretty - dehydrated and brutal headache

7:30 - lettuce and 3 boneless skinless chicken thighs

8:00 - 1 peach, canned

10:00 - 1 chicken thigh, piece of chedder
