What I ate on September 11, 2008
7:00am Protein shake, scramble eggs with mushrooms & goat cheese, slice of melon
11:45 Chicken Curry (no rice), 1 piece naan bread
4:15 1/2 cup mixed nuts (sunflower, peanuts,peanuts etc.)
(5:00 Crossfit)
7:30 Saute Pork loin, chard, onions, mushrooms,
10:30 small portion left over dinner
