What I ate Sept 12

8:00am 2 egg & cheese crepe

12:00 greek chicken (shawersh....) caeser salad

(6:00 crossfit) (chuck norris (40:20)) weighed in at194 lbs

9:00 1/2 striploin steak - saute mushrooms - salad (cucs, peppers, tomatoes, herb mix salad)
9:30 popsicle (30 cal)

10:30 salad with 1/2 can salmon, 1 cup milk
