Sunday - Sleep In and Hockey

Slept 3-7:45, 8:30-11:30

8:00 Post Crossfit Party
Totally dehydrated from lots of diet coke
3 pints water,
2 fried eggs

11:30 3 cups coffee, 2 fish oil pills

1:30 Hockey, actually felt pretty good

3:00 2 cups 1% milk, 1 "zone" protein bar

6:30 1 1/2 chicken breast baked, 1 medium onion, 1 head swiss chard, 1/2 can cream of muchroom soup

started dozing almost immediately after dinner, went to bed at 9
